London, May 10 | In the House of Commons this erening, ' Bradlaugh again appeared at the table, and repeated his demand that the oath of allegiance should be administered to him. He was ordered by the Speaker to withdraw, and, upon bis declining to do so, was forcibly ejected from the Chamber by the Sergeant-at-Arms. The Speaker, moreover, issued orders prohibiting his presence within the precincts of the Home until he engaged not to disturb its proceedings. The opening catalogue comprised 52,000 bales. The bidding was animated, and the cross-breds ruled one halfpenny to one penny per pound lower than the closing rates of the last sales. News to hand from the Transvaal states that a Koyal Commission, consisting of Sir Hercules Bobinson, Sir Evelyn Wood, and Chief Justice DeVilliers, is appointed to consider the provisions for the protection of native interests, to make arrangements as to frontier affairs, and to decide whether any territory to the- eastward should be severed from the Transvaal. The Commission has commenced its sittings. ■ '
