Mr Miller asked for immediate execution, which was granted. W. CULPITT V. B. KELLY. Claim, £36 7s. Mr Miller for plaintiff. The evidence iv this case was similar to the preceding one, and judgment was, given for the amount claimed, with costs, •nd immediate execution. JOHN BEAD V. B. KBLLY. Claim, £68 Is 9d. Mr Miller for plaintiff. Itf this case plaintiff ha£ agreed to reduce the claim to £50, so as to bring it wUhip the jurisdiction of ibis Court. Mr He»i proved the debt, and judgment was giyeu for £50 and costs, immediate execution also being granted.
