This day. The Herald is in a position to state that the Government proposes to establish a parcel delivery system throughout the colony. It will be limited to packages of 121bs weight, end the present proposal is to make a uniform charge irrespective of the distance, the object being to facilitate the carriage of all parcels, especially between places unconnected by railway.
