GREYMOUTH.
This day. Mrs McGahey has petitioned the Government for means to enablp her to leave Keeftori. Ever since the fatal occurrence she has been stopping at the police camp. Up to the present the police have beenunable to find any trace of the gun with which the murder is supposed to have been committed. The motley found, in McGahey's possession is satisfactorily accounted for.
Messrs Seed and Batkin arrived here yesterday.
