The papers state that Sir George Grey
visits Coromadel and will address his constituents on Monday at the schoolroom, which already has been engaged for the concert for the volunteers.
Sir George will find room at the Masonic Hall in case he should visit here on Monday.
The funeral of Edward'Davis took place to-day and was Very largely attended by almost every inhabitant of the place The inquest yesterday resulted in verdict of death from fatty degeneration of the heart accelerated by other causes.
