Fernandez, a publican, was fined £5 for causing unnecessary delay in admitting a constable on Sunday.
The Grammar School Governors have resolred to reorganise the School with
commercial and classical sides, the present head master being offered the commercial side. Mr JRollesfcon is to be asked to procure from England a head master at £700 a year.
