London, March 9
Michael Boyton, a chief paid organiser of branches of the Land League, and who was one of the traverses in the recent State prosecutions, has been arrested ia Ireland under the Viceroy's warrant. He contends that as he is an American subject his arrest is illegal, and he claims the protection of the United States Government. London, March 8. Twenty persons have been arrested in Ireland on warrants issued by the Viceroy under the Coercion Act^
In the House of Commons to-day, a disorderly scene again occurred. O'Donnel, member for DungarvoD, was most unruly, and defied the chair in violent language. He was then, by the Speaker's order, suspended for th« remainder of the sitting.
