Nelson, Last night.

In Match No. 17 the tie between the Thames Navals and the Alexandra Cavalry (Wanganui) for second place was tired off this afternoon, when the latter beat their opponents by two points, the Cavalry making 101 and the Navals 99. After the first three, the teams took the following order: —Wellington Navals (second team, composed of R. Bennett, Levers, Ingles, Taylor, and L-ndy), 434; Nelson Artillery, 421.
