Nelson, Last evening,

The scoring arrangements to-day have been much better, a notice haying been posted last night that neglect to send in register sheet would be followed by fines. The weather has been very fine, but during a portion of the afternoon a changeable and baffling wind interfered with the shooting of some squads.
