DRUNKENNESS
Daniel Reardon was charged with being drunk and incapable in Albert street, Thames. Sergeant Major O'Grady said that the defendant had for some time been squandering away his means to the detriment of his family. His Worship discharged the prisoner, expressing a hope that he would not again appear. ASSAULT. Jane McKenzie was charged with assaulting one Matilda Forester. This was simply a childish squabble, and should not have been brought into Court. After he.aring the evidence, the R.M. fined the defendant Is and costs.
NEGLECTING TO SUPPOBT. William Phillips was charged* with neglecting to supgort his wife, Elizabeth Phillips. $»'***■ This case was settled out of Court.
