In Nicholl's claim gold is showing more or less for a length of 12 feet along the drive, and a piece of stone weighing over 401bs has been taken out shewing gold all over it.
Seven or eight claims have been "pegged out around it, and a capital feeling prevails amongst the miners present as to the future of the field.
