Sib,-—I hope the stewards of the Jockey Club are not going to victimise the public for subscriptions for the above races, for what with the way they lately spent money to provide lunch and drink for themselves, and by countenancing questionable practices in the racing, the people have little confidence in some at least on the present committee of management—l am &c, Spobt.
