From a late cablegram we learn that Mr Parnell and all his co-obstruc-tionists have been expelled from the House of Commons by the order of the Speaker, We are pleased to see that the members of the House through their Speaker have at last taken active measures to prevent themselves becoming a laughing stock through the wilful obstruction of the Irish members, and we should think that the English public will fully endorse the action taken to ensure the business of the country against the interruptions caused by rabid Home Rulers.
