RIMOROSE (LATE GOLDEN HILL).

This claioiwhaa been taken up by Brett and party, consisting of four men, who are rigorously working on a large reef

right on the face of the hill, and which is somewhat of the same size and appearance as that in the Pinafore claim. They have been crushing at the Queen of Beauty battery, and have been keeping five head of stampers going, but that mill is now stopped for want ,of water. Their previous crushings have been rather poor, but they expect this one to prove payable. Owing to the stoppage of the mill, the dirt they have on hand will keep ten head of stamps going for some time.
