EMMA TE AOTTEtT. la this case Mr Miller appeared for the plaintiff, and asked for an adjournment in consequence of the defence not having been submitted according to the District Court rule—within seven days of the date of hearing.
Mr Dodd defended.
The case was adjourned—defendant to pay costs £12 7s.
