Mcllhonev. Tuparutura—Claim, £27 16s 9d.—Mr Brassey for plaintiff.—Judgment for plaintiff for £13 16s 9d with costs, £14 having been paid on account. W. Wilson v. P. O'lfeilly—Claim, £1 9s lOd for goods supplied. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed with costs. James Garrett v. Reha.—Mr Miller appeared for the plaintiff, whose claim was £37 10s for work and labor, on board the Memsahib, from the 3rd of April to the 23rd of September. The plaintiff re- i ceived £3 10s per week, and he bad been employed for years at that rate. Judgment for plaintiff for amount claimed and costs of the Court. * Defended Cases. John Ley don, auctioneer, v. Jacob Enco for goods supplied ; claim £1115s. Mr Brassey appeared for plaintiff, and Mr Miller for defendant. The defendant put in a set-off of £12 19s,
After a considerable amount of evidence had been given on both Bides, the Court allowed defendant's set-off in full, and gave judgment for defendant for £1 4s, and costs £112s
