[Beuteb's Special] London, December 11. The Right Hon. G, J. Gosehen, ambassador extraordinary to the Forte has left Constantinople and haa arrived atßrindisi, en route for London. It has been announced to-day that the necessary capital for carrying out the Isthmus of Panama canal scheme has been now fully subscribed. Pabis, December 11. M. M. Deloutano and Darcou, members of the Chamber of Deputies hare commenced a law suit against M. Gambetta, President of the Chamber, for having ordered their arrest for disorder. Tbe Kurdish tribes Which carried on their depredations for some time in the western provinces of Persia, and were afterwards attacked and severely punished by Persian troops have now retired into their mountain fastnesses.
