E. Hansen t. T. Williams—Claim, £3 12s 6d, with costs. Defended Cases. ; s. abangbr v. h. hangakahio. Claim, £8 9s for grazing a horse. Samuel Granger stated that defendant asked him to put his horse in his paddock, and gave orders to look after it well. The horse had been in his paddock since the 2nd of last February, and is there now., He should charge 4s a week for grazing a horse.
