(Before H. Kenrick, Esq., E.M.) A HTTNGBY DOG. Margaret Mears Was charged with allowing her dog to bite a lad named Haverfield. Mr Miller appeared for defendant, and stated that she was an old woman, and could not appear. ,He said defendant was willing to send the dog away. Mr Haverfield, the father of the boy, said thai* he was agreeable to have the case withdrawn if the dog was sent away. The case was then withdrawn.
