RESIDENT MAGISTRATE'S COURT

.' THIS DAY. (Before H. Kenriek, Esq., 8.M.) DBUNKENNBSS.

Two persons were charged with this offence; one fined £1 and costs and the other dismissed with a caution.

FIGHTING IN A PUBLIC PLACI.

G. Parker, J. Ryccroft, and C. Swanson were charged with creating a disturbance and fighting at Totara Point on the 11th inst.

The accused pleaded guilty, and were bound over to keep the peace for twelve months, G. Parker in his own recognizances of £100 and two sureties of £25 each, Ryecroit and Swanson each in their own recognizances of £ICO.
