Viscount Mountmorres has been shot dead in his carriage at Don burn. PARNELL ON THE STUM P. Meetings have been held at K-ilrush and New Boss, in Ireland, at which Mr Parnell declared that the only solution of the Irish question was the ownership of land, and urged a complete organisation in that direction. Vienna, September 27. THE FLEET FOR RAGUSA. The sailing of the combined fleet from | Ragusa has been postponed until Wednesday.
