; This day. Arrived: City of Sydney, from Sydney for San Francisco.
Arrived : The Southern Cross. When she left Levuke on the seventh Sir Arthur Gordon had not received his dispatches, which had gone by way of Sydney.
The Emerald bad arrived from Samoa with the Governor and suite, and proceeded to Snoa to coal, returning to Levuka to convey the Governor to Tonga, providing the mail news did not hasten his departure to this colony.
