London, August 25. A Reward of Bravery. Lord Gifford, V.0., bas been appointed Colonial Secretary of Western Austrolia. A remedy for Ireland. A further debate took place in the House of Commons today on the existing state of affairs in Ireland. Mr Parnell made a vehement speech, in the course of which he said that the constitution of a native Parliament in Ireland was the only remedy to meet the grievances of Irish people.
