! An interim retorting took place at the 1 company'B mill yesterday for the yield of 394fozs gold. LUCK'S ALL. Connection is not yet established between the two levels, but the noise made in the lower working can be distinctly heard in the winze, which shows the distance to complete is not great. The country in the lower level is fairly workable. MINT. There is nothing fresh to report, the contractors being engaged timbering.
