Byrne and party, of Seventeen Mile Beach, washed put Blbs 4ozs of gold from one truck of wash dirt, and the lead has been struck on the south side of the break at Fagau's Creek, Seventeen Mile Beach, and now it is supposed that the lead will extend for some miles along the base of the Papawa ranges.
