Adelaide Neilson, the famous actress, has positively arranged to leave 'Frisco for New Zealand and Australia by the August steamer.

The case of Gillon, agent of the Dramatic Authors' Society, against De Lias, manager of the Theatre Eoyel, for playing a comedy by Byron, without prepayment of usual fees is being heard at the R.M. Court to-day. A number of technical objections were raised, and it is thought the case will fall through.
