An information was sworn yesterday afternoon against Klein, proprietor and publisher of the Hokitika Evening Star, for criminal libel on the editor of the West Coast Times. The case will be heard next week.
The Waipara and Wallace steamers left for Okarito yesterday with twenty* eight miners.
