Tenders for the Hobart Town loan of £100,000, at five per cent., amounts to four times the sum required at satisfactory prices. ; ; Pabis, July 22.; A French military com mission has been appointed to undertake the re-organisation of the Greek army, and its'members will shortly proceed to Athens to commence their duties. Pekin, July 22. It is reported that England intends increasing the British fleet in the China seas, which is believed will De the means of averting war between Bussia and China. .'. CAtctTTTA, July 22. A durbar was held to-day at which it was announced that the British .Government would recognise the Ameer ship of Abburrah Raman at Candahar.
