WELLINGTON.

Thia day.

Arrest of Natiw.

Te Whetu and some half dozen natives who were engaged in fencing across the road line near Parituika have been arrested and sent to New Plymouth.

The native will case, Nahe v. Tomoana, occupied the Supreme Court all yesterday, and is not likely to conclude to-day. The case is to test the validatory will of the deceased, Karaitana. For the defence it was alleged he was insane at the time of making the will.
