This day.
The investigation of the. charge of manslaughter against Dr. Moffatt, of Win ton, was resumed at the Police Court yesterday, and resulted in accused being committed for trial at the next sitting of the Supreme Court. Bail allowed accused —himself in £200, and two sureties of £200 each.
