This day.
At the Police Court today, Dr Moffatt of Winton, who h;\s already been fouud guilty by a Coroner's Jury of manslaughter, was arraigned on the charge of having feloniously killed aud slain Catherine Cameron.
The enquiry was conducted before J. Turnbull, J.P. A strong bar had been engaged—Harvey and Finn appearing to prosecute on behalf of the friends of the accused. The taking of the evidence of three witnesses occupied the Court all day. Nothing new however is being elicited, and the enquiry stands adjourned until next Wednesday.
