Thames Borough Council.
A meeting of the above body was held this afternoon. Present—His Worship the Mayor (m the Chair), and Messrs Marshall, Osborne, Bawden, McGowan, and Wilkinson.
The Chairman asked whether they should conduct the business openly or ia committee P
Mr Marshall moved " That the Council resolve into committee."
This was carried unanimously. The meeting then went into committee
