This day.
A burglary was committed lest night at a shop i i Thames street. A pane of glass was cnt out by tue burglar, who not
finding any money on the premises, decamped with two dozen bottles of porter.
Inspector Thompson left o-day for Sha,^ Point to overlook matters in connection with the strike of colliers at that place.
It is said the Government intend to supply the men at work on the Windsor Livingstone with fu'l work during the winter months.
