ALBURMA.
The third iaterim retorting this month eventuated to-day, the produce of the week's crushing being 4130zs gold. This makes the tote 1, so far 1644£0z5, and as there is 10 days of the month yet to go thWe should be fully 20Q0ozs for the month, which would enable the directors to pay a dividend of 10s per share. In the mine there is nothing new to report with the exception that a big cross-lode has been cut in the side of the Sons of Freedom tunnel. It looked as if it wi)l junction with the Sons of Freedom reef. The new lode contaiapPHtelylooking stone, but no gold has yet been seen ii it. It emits large quantities of gas, which renders work in the face a matter of some difficulty.
