The Greek Government has' sent a circular note to the Great Powers setting forth a claim for territory between Janina and Prevesa, in the South of Albania, and for an extensive district of the province of Thessaly. The demands of the Government will it is announced be referred to the Special Commission to be despatched by the Berlin Conference to settle the Turco-Greek frontier question on the spot. '
