Thirty-eight cases were t day brought by Mr A. J. A Horn fo disfranchise persons here in consequence of their not having signed the electoral papers. The magistrate in all cases disallowed the names to appear on the electoral roU and granted costs. He eu'.ntadreried strongly upon the practice of filling in toting papers and making declaration with the parties being present. The Licensing Court sits too late for your issue to-day.
