Sir,—The Thames is certainly a jolly place, but about the joliiest thing of all is having to advertise for " complaints " — not diseases, but growls. I did not know we were so amiable. However as the Hospital Committee hare spent their money let's ho >c they will get value for it. Can you, Mr Editor, tell me whether there is any " reward for those who shall gire such evidence as shall lead to the conviction, &,c, <fee.,'' or whether there is any prisje for the most thorough and un> qualified grumbler, or whether competition is open to all comers.—l am.
