ALBURNIA.
Throughout yesterday 501bs of fair specimens and lOOlbs of picked stone were obtained from various portions of the mine—chiefly, however,- from the intermediate level stopes. Some nice slones were taken from the old eastern stopes over 70 feet level, where there is a large block of ground which the manager thinks will prove remunerative. There is no change of interest throughout the mine since my last report. Retorting will take place to-morrow or Monday, and the total returns for the month will be about 1200ozs gold.
