London, May 26. Albania and MontenegroScutari to Too Blockaded. With a view to bringing about the settlement of territorial claims of Montenegro under the Treaty of Berlin, the Austrian Government has made proposal to the Great Powers that a blockade of Scutari on the Albanian coast should be forthwith proclaimed, so as to prevent the Albanians obtaining re'uforcemeets. THE DERBY. The race for the Derby took place to-day, and resulted as follows:— Bendir 1 Robert the Devil 2 Mask 3 London, May 25. Sir William Vernon Harcourt, who was appointed Home Secretary in the new Ministry, but defeated on seeking re-election for Oxford, has been elected for Derby in place of Samuel Plimsoll, Esq., resigned. At the wool sales, to-day, 9,300 bales were offered, making a total of 281.8C0 bales catalogued since the opening. The tone of the sales is rather weaker.
