Mr Driver, M.H.R., addressed his Roslyn constituents. He blamed Sir G. Grey for going round the country speak* ing without having any remedy to suggest for the present state of affairs. He thought the railways would never pay unless formed by some large American or English company. A vote of confidence was passed. Chbistchttbch, This day. Mr Andrews, M.H.E,., addressed his constituents. He strongly condemned the Property Tax. A,vote of confidence was passed, as also a motion calling for the repeal of the Property Tax, and in favor of an increased Land Lax, and if necessary an Income Tar. Mr Montgomery, speaking at the meeting, declared emphatically that Macandrew was leader of the Opposition aad its misleader. TiMAEtr, This day. Sir George Grey addressed a large meeting. He was enthusiastically received. His speech was similar to those at other places. A vote of thanks was passed. ,
