Sir CX Grey at Dune din. Sir G. Grey addressed a crowded meeting at the theatre last night. He was received with loud applause, and spoke at great length in'reply to Mr Hall.

A man was killed on the railway and has been identified as William Jamieson.

Eobert McDonald, a printer, and' a resident of the Glen, went out rabbit shooting on Monday morning and has not since been heard of. It is feared that he has been killed by the accidental explosion of his gun.
