The annual meeting of the abore Com* pany, which was to hare been held at noon yesterday .lapsed for want of a quorum. The balance-sheet, which had been prepared for presentation to the shareholders* shows that the operations of the year were commenced with a balance to credit of £16 16s lid, and that the receipts amounted to £277 12s 6d, while the expenditure reached a total of £350 5s 7d, thus making a debit balance of £25 16s 2d.
