MOANATAIRI.
The fortnightly retorting took place to day, the yield of 340 tons crushed being 2400zs gold. The cause of this diminution of the gold yield is attributable to the fact that several of the runs have been passed by the stopes, it being necessary to take out the poor as well as the rich stone.
