CURE.
Mr Crawford, manager, has accepted the tender of Wells and party for driving a cross-cut at No. 2 level 200 feet for the purpose of intersecting the Waiotahi or No. 7 reef. Several other lodes cross the course of the-cross-cut and will be intersected v before the big lode is reached. The Waiotahi reef is totally unprospected in this portion of the mine, and from its payable nature when worked in other places the manager hopes to drop on something remunerative.
