The Pall Mall Gazette strongly condemns the Service Ministry for continuing the injustice perpetrated by the dismissals of Black Wednesday.
The Great Powers require that Turkey should re-occupy the territory ceded to Montenegro, and transfer it to that Principality,
April 28. A telegram from Lisbon says the Chinese are blockading Macao, and have captured seventeen vessels. The Portu gese are sending a man of-war to the Chinese aeas.
