The Home Rulers, followers of Parnell, are being dissatisfied with the modification of the smallaection of the party. The Irish Nation, a newspaper.identified itself with the extreme, views of the party, and in consequence of a violent article which appeared in a recent issue, the proprietor, Mr Arthur M. Sullivan, was served with a writ for libel by Mr Phiilip Callan, the member for Dundalk, and a well-known Home Ruler. . < The Imperial Parliament. London) April 29. ' Parliament reassemble to-day after the Ministerial crisis, and the new members were sworn. Mr Brand was re-elected Speaker of the House of Commons. .
