The New Ministry.

Gladstone is engaged in the formation of a new Ministry and has already filled the following offices •,->• Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs — Earl Granule. Secretary of State for India—The Marquis of Hartington. First Lord of the Admiralty—Earl Northbrook. Lord High Chancellor—-Lord Selborne. Secretary of State for ,War—Mr H. Childers. • ,
Chief Secretary for Ireland—Mr,W. E. Forster.
Mr Gladstone, as previously telegraphed, will hold office as First Lord of the Treasury and Chancellor, of the Exchequer. The remaining portfolios in the new Ministry hare not yet beep filled, but it is expected that Earl Jftmberley will accept the Secretaryship of State for the Colonies.
