Diplomatic correspondence between Lord Salisbury aud Evarts, United States Secretary, * states that regarding the
Fortune Bay outrage that has been published in the papers show that Salisbury refused to compensate American fishermen, and the dispute therefore remains unsettled. -Constantinople, April 26. Montenegrin Disturbance.
News has been received of hostilities between the Montenegrins who are proceeding to avail themselves their territorial rights under the Treaty of Berlin. When the Albanians occupied the Country before their arrival, shots were exchanged between the contending parlies, but the Montenegrins eventually retired.
