He Butler, the Minister of Justice telegraphs stating his opinion that after carefully weighing the considerations under existing corcumstances, that it would be advisable to enter a nolle proseque, reserving the right to prefer a fresh indictment at the next sitting of the Court, should fresh evidence render that step advisable.
