The JBeaconsfield Ministry .have tendered their resignation to the Queen. It is stated that Her Majesty accepted the same, and summoned Lord Hartington to form a new Ministry, but he declined the task in favor of Gladstone.
Montague Corry, C.B , Private Secretary to Etrl Beaconsfield, when Prime Minister, has been raised to the peerage.
Sir Chas. Gavin .Duff}', late Speaker in the Victorian Assembly, has been invited to stand for an Irish borough in the Home Rule interest.

Consols remain at 98f; Neve Zealand securities are without quotable change; Adelaide breadstuff's have farther declined, wheat per 4961bs ex warehouse being now 55a, and flour per 2801bs ex warehouse 30s 6d. New Zealand wheat is unchanged. -Australian beef tallow remains at 323 6d, best mutton has declined, sixpence per cwt, aud is now quoted at 345. .
